Leo comes to Genesis Maple with no shortage of automotive experience or accolades. Starting from the grassroots level at Hyundai & Genesis in 2008 with great success. Then easily working his way into the luxury world. He quickly won coveted awards amongst hitting many other milestones of achievement in sales performance & customer satisfaction. His next chapter was calling in the form of leading acquisition teams, managing top performing brands in Downtown Toronto for several years before returning to his roots here at Genesis Maple. He truly believes, success in retail & brand comes from taking the time to know guests at their core and making sure their true needs and expectations are fully met. Being raised in Europe, South America & South Korea, Leo is a multi-cultural person who fits right in our Greater Toronto Area as well as in the automotive industry to serve every guest with an unforgettable personalized experience. As a consumer himself, his guest’s approach is always to help guests buy or lease vehicles rather than selling since guests’ complete satisfaction has always been his future.
My journey in the auto industry began after graduating from university 3 years ago. Working at Genesis Maple is like a dream come true for me. Having been with Genesis since 2019 and with over 10 years of customer service experience, I am able to create a truly unique acquisition experience. With a passion for cars, I strive to ensure all Guests find the perfect Genesis for their lifestyle. One of the most rewarding aspects of this position is the relationship building with Guests throughout the ownership journey; all cooking, hiking and travel advice is always welcome.
I have 10+ years of customer service experience and 3+ years of experience working in the automobile industry. I am highly customer-oriented and can provide and assist a pleasant customer experience by utilizing understanding of how to deliver clients’ needs professionally. I would like to make all my clients' experiences very memorable at Genesis Maple and I am happy to assist you in both English and Korean.
I currently have over seven years of customer service experience in various industries. I have been drawn in to the automotive industry by the enthusiasm of those around me who share a love for cars. Being around cars my whole life made me finally make the decision to purse a career in this industry.
